Security work depends on trust, and trust depends on knowing what is happening and who can see it. That principle shaped a change we’ve just rolled out: every assessment engagement with S.G. Technologies now runs through a private, secure client portal.

When you request an assessment through our site, you no longer disappear into an inbox. Your engagement is created as a structured project in a dedicated, access-controlled workspace — and you’re invited in.

What you’ll see

The portal is organised around the same three-part methodology we apply to every engagement, so the path is never a mystery:

  • Assessment & Analysis — kickoff, site survey scheduling, the on-site walk-through, and the risk analysis that follows.
  • Strategy Development & Implementation — the recommendations report delivered straight to your portal, the review meeting, and the implementation plan.
  • Ongoing Management & Improvement — follow-up reviews and any move into a longer-term management arrangement.

Each stage shows its status and its key dates. When a report is ready, it lands in your portal as a deliverable rather than an email attachment that gets lost. When we reach a milestone, you see it.

Why a portal, and why this one

Two reasons, both rooted in how we work.

Confidentiality. Security assessments surface sensitive information — vulnerabilities, floor plans, incident histories. That material should not be scattered across email threads. A portal gives every client a separated, permissioned space where their information stays with their engagement and nowhere else.
